Students who enroll in College in High School courses are encouraged to complete the Dual Enrollment Scholarship Application. A limited number of scholarships are granted each year through the Greater Latrobe Partners in Education Foundation to students who show a financial need. Please see the link below for more information:

 
 
STUDENTS AND PARENTS: Please download and print the attached CHS Course Tracker. This document will help you keep a clear record of the College in High School courses your student has taken, including when they took it, and through which college. Having this information readily available will make it easier when the time comes to submit these courses to a college.
 
* Seton Hill University - Spring 2026 Registration - January 20, 2026- February 23, 2026
 
To get started, students will need to log in to the following: https://chs.setonhill.edu
 
BEFORE your initial registration, please refer to the Student Registration Guide for assistance.
 

 

*NEW students and/or returning students who have not yet created an account with the new CHS portal will need to create an account first before being able to register for any classes. Please refer to the Student Registration Guide. 

*RETURNING students who have registered for Fall or All Year courses with the new CHS platform will need to sign into their account using their email and password that were used to create their account.  They will be prompted to update the FERPA and Student Agreement before moving forward to register for classes.  At this point, they can Apply for Classes.  Use the Student Registration Guide for assistance- (skip down to Apply for Classes). Note: Students can NOT use their login credentials from Griffin Gate.

Tuition Information:
  • The tuition rate for a 3-4 credit course is $235 per class, with no charge for science labs.
  • The tuition rate for high schools offering a 1-credit music class is $80.
  • There is no additional charge for any science lab.
 
 
* Westmoreland County Community College - Spring Registration ends Monday, February 2, 2026, by 5PM
 
  1. If this is your first CHS class with Westmoreland, please complete the free, online application at westmoreland.edu/application. This will prompt you to create an account and then to complete the application. Your application must be submitted prior to registering for your CHS course(s). If you have taken a CHS course with Westmoreland within the last two years, please begin at Step 2.

 

  1. You must have this form completed and signed by a parent/guardian and guidance counselor prior to submitting this form.
 
Hard copies of the registration form are also available through your teacher, the main office, and the guidance office.
