Student Work Permits Guidelines

Any student needing a work permit should do the following:
  1. Pick up the application from the Senior High School Guidance Office Secretary.
  2. Take the application home and have parent/guardian fill it out.
  3. Return the form to the Senior High School Guidance Office Secretary along with a birth certificate or passport.
  4. The Senior High School Guidance Office Secretary then issues the working paper.
